21st February 2012 Dear All Firstly - a belated Happy New Year. We are now looking ahead to the new season with dates confirmed as follows: 1st April - GP1 15th April - GP2 6th May - GP3 27th May - Junior Ladies & Light Line Challenge 4th - 5th August - Invitation 19th August - GP4 23rd September - Clubman Final 14th October - Masters Final Unfortunately, due to increased running costs we have no alternative but to increase membership fees to £30 per year. Casting fees will remain at £30 for 4 GP's if booked together as a block. Following a recent Committee meeting, Garry Dickerson was co-opted onto the Committee. The Committee is now as follows:- Dennis Retter - Hon Chairman Andy Miller - Vice Chairman Colin Howlett - Hon Treasurer Anne Howlett - Hon Secretary Committee Members - John Hodgson, Steve Boyt, Lee Adams & Garry Dickerson. The following should be noted: The gate will remain locked until all crack offs are accounted for and the equipment is cleared. We have previously been spending a great deal of time looking for crack offs when the casters have left the field. The following remain as previous : British Championship - is a 2 weight aggregate over 4 GP's Senior 50 - 60 (age at start of season) Veteran 60 + ( " " " ) Junior Under 18 ( " " " ) Please let me have your membership and entry fees as soon as possible.
